My family went to Disneyworld for our grandson's World Series Baseball tour this past July - Go " Knoxville Fire". We had to walk almost a mile each day for a week. I never could have walked this distance before my surgery. My leg used to hurt when I walked. I expressed this to my family. I am so proud on how it looks, but especially - free of pain. There is no doctors office like Dr. Douglass’s. The appointment times were always accurate. If your appointment was at 4:15pm you were always called back before or right at that time. I never had to wait in the waiting room. The staff at ETVC is one of the most welcoming I have ever met. The girls are so friendly and nice. When I got nervous they always tried to talk to me about anything just to keep my mind off the needle sticks. They knew I liked to squeeze the stress ball and always had it ready for me when I had a procedure done. I have been so happy with their services and friendliness. I took a large stock of their business cards to my OB/GYN office for referrals. My legs look and feel 110% better. There was no scarring or discoloration anywhere on my legs. I am 24 years old and would never have thought I would have vein disease at such a young age. Dr. Douglass and his staff couldn’t have done a better job getting my legs back to normal. I truly appreciate each and every one of them, especially Shannon, Trecia, and Emily. They made me feel so welcome. Thank you again ETVC!
